At Hanover, we work hard to make ordering as easy as possible. We will work closely with you and provide you with all necessary art proofs. We strive for 100% accuracy on all of our products, however, sometimes we make a mistake. If your items arrive damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. Please send an email through our Contact Us page and our customer service team will be happy to assist you. We may request a picture of the damaged or incorrect item for quality control purposes. In some cases, we may ask you to return the damaged or incorrect item to our facility. If so, we will issue a call tag to have the item picked up at your facility. Once the issue is determined, replacement products will ship in 5 business days or less.
Due to the nature of our products we do not offer exchanges.
